1. KEYS | You need 1 key to access the building, 1 key to access the secured stairwell, and finally 1 key to access your apartment

2. BUILDING ENTRY | Open the key lock-box using entry code provided to you on the booking.com platform. Use the key in that box to open the building door, then deposit key back in that lockbox for the next person checking into the building

3. STAIRWELL ENTRY | A key lock-box is next to the stairwell door part way down the corridor on your RIGHT. Use the same key code to get the key. Again, open the stairwell door and put the key straight back into the lock-box for the next person (you may need to put the code back in to close the lock-box again)

4. APARTMENT ENTRY | Go up the stairs until you reach apartment 3 and open the key lock-box using the other code provided to you. In that box you'll find 1 building/stairwell key and 1 apartment key, for you to keep for the duration of your stay

1. CLEAN | You must clean the apartment to the standard you found it (i.e. all used kitchen utensils and appliances must be cleaned before checkout)

2. TOWELS | Pile any used towels on the floor in the bathroom

3. BINS | Take any rubbish or recycling you have accumulated to the bins in the passageway at the side of the house (accessible by the communal door located on the ground floor corridor - turn right when you leave exit the stairwell and then right again)

4. KEYDROP | Lock the apartment door when you leave and post the keys in the drop-box in the corridor on the ground floor (pictured above)

5. EXIT | You wont need a key to exit the building so after you've locked your apartment door & dropped your keys in the drop-box outside your apartment door, you can easily leave the building
